Refund Policy

Unused packs: full refund within 14 days

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email Kodaraassistant@gmail.com with your order number and Kodara ID, or reply to your receipt email.

Partly used packs

Credits are delivered right away and used up as Kodara works, so used credits can't be returned. If something went wrong on our side (for example Kodara charged credits for actions that failed because of a bug), tell us and we'll put the credits back or refund the difference.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, usually within 5–10 business days. The pack's credits and plan are removed from your account when the refund is made.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
