Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Kodara desktop app, the Kodara website and your Kodara account (together, "Kodara"), offered by [Owner's full name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.

1. What Kodara is

Kodara is software that connects an AI agent you already have on your computer (such as Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI) to Roblox Studio, Blender and a knowledge base, so the agent can build in your projects. Kodara does not include an AI subscription. Your use of those AI tools and of Roblox is governed by their own terms, and you're responsible for following them.

2. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Free starter credits are given once per computer. Creating accounts to get more free credits is not allowed.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.

3. Credits, packs and plans

• Credits are prepaid units used up by actions Kodara performs (prices are shown in the app). They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and don't expire while Kodara is offered.
• Each pack also unlocks a plan for 30 days, with the usage limits and features shown at purchase (for example Team Build on the Studio and Tycoon packs). When a limit is reached, Kodara pauses until it resets.
• Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record and handles taxes and receipts.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Kodara to break the law or Roblox's terms, to make content that's harmful to children or others, to copy other creators' games, assets or code you don't have rights to, to attack or overload our service, or to get around credits, limits or bans. We may suspend, limit (for example read-only mode) or close accounts that break these rules. Credits in a closed account are not refunded if it was closed for abuse.

5. What you make

You own what you create with Kodara, as far as the law and the terms of the AI tools you use allow. AI can make mistakes: review, test and back up your work before you publish it. Changes in Studio can be undone with Ctrl+Z, but you are responsible for your games.

6. Kodara Knowledge and third-party content

Kodara Knowledge includes third-party material under open licenses (credited in the app's About page and on our website). Those licenses apply to that material.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kodara running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, prices for future purchases, or these terms; we'll show the new date here and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email.

8. Liability

Kodara is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer).

9. Not affiliated with Roblox

Kodara is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Anthropic, OpenAI or Google.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without taking away protections you have under the laws of the country where you live. Questions: Kodaraassistant@gmail.com.
